The days of early experimental bands who pushed the limits and broke down musical barriers. This musical freedom of expression forged the way for generations of Rock artists who were inspired by this creative and evolving musical landscape.

The Odessa Puddle Jumper Days goal is to move forward in making this festival a time for Odessa to celebrate home and give back while doing it!
